摘要
内循环鼓泡床是沸腾燃烧技术的重要发展方向之一。介绍一种新型内循环鼓泡床——V型布风装置鼓泡床(简称V型鼓泡床)。对V型鼓泡床颗粒内循环运动的形成过程、床层内压力分布特性、以及最小流态化速度(临界流态化速度)等进行了试验研究。结果表明,在V型鼓泡床内,颗粒进行着两个大的循环运动,增强了颗粒的横向混合强度;床层内的等压线是一组斜率与布风装置倾角成正比的平行线。回归计算结果表明,可以用幂指数函数方程U_(mf)=(0.6~0.8)d_p^(0.35)和U_(mf)=(0.3~0.5)θ^(0.2)来描述颗粒直径d_p和布风装置倾角θ对最小流态化速度U_(mf)的影响。
Introduces a new developed interal circulation bubbling bed with a V-shape air distributor. Based on examination into process and dynamics of particles flow with a circulation in bed, the experiments show that there are two strong circutive movements which intensify transverse inter-particle mixing, and the equipressure lines in bed are a series of parallel whose slope is proportional to the distributor's dip angle.Two equations from regressive calculation can present the effect of particle diameter d_p and distributor's dip angle θ on minimum fluidization velocity U_(mf), they are: U_(mf)= ( 0.6-0.8 )_p^(0.35); U_(mf)=(0.3-0.5 )θ^(0.2)
