摘要
地铁车辆由于车站间距短,加速和制动频繁,要求牵引电机容量大、转速高,因而对电机的控制要求也高。目前地铁牵引系统多采用三相交流异步电机变压变频牵引技术。通过对上海地铁1号线直改交车辆牵引系统主回路的分析,以及对异步电机转子磁场定向的SPWM矢量控制的研究,搭建了基于Matlab的Simulink仿真模型,并进行了实验测试,结果表明该控制系统有良好的动态性能和控制性能。
At present,most of the metro traction systems adopt the veriable-velocity veriable-frequency(VVVF)traction technology of the three-phase AC asynchronous motor.Because the distance between the two stops is short,the traction motor of the metro vehicles needs to have high speed,and be accelerated or braked frequently.By researching the traction system's main loop of the Shanghai line No.1's metro vehicles which change from DC motors to AC motors,and analysing their asynchronous motor's SPWM vector control system which bases rotor field oriented,the simulation model of the traction system based on Simulink of Matlab is established.The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results,in which the good dynamic performance and control performances of the control system are proved.
