摘要
电流源高频环节并网逆变器的电路结构简单、控制方便且成本低廉,因而在小功率并网发电系统中有广阔的应用前景。研究了反激型电流源高频环节逆变器的并网技术,详细分析该拓扑的工作原理,推导出变换器在各模态下的电压、电流关系及器件应力表达式,为选择合适的变压器匝比和开关器件提供了依据,并给出其他关键参数的设计方法。实验证明,该拓扑应用在小功率光伏并网场合能实现较高的效率和较好的进网电流质量。
Grid-connected current source high frequency link inverter has many advantages,such as simple structure,easy controlled and low costs.So it has a good prospect for small scale grid-connected PV applications.This paper studies a flyback-type inverter for grid-connected applications.Through describing the operation principle,a complete steady state analysis is presented,including the relation of voltage and current,expressions for peak device stresses.It provides the basis for selecting the suitable transformer turns ratio and the devices.The design method of other key parameters is also given.The experimental results validate that the flyback-type current source inverter possesses high efficiency,as well as high in-grid power factor and low current THD.
