摘要
选用琼脂、食用明胶、单宁3种试剂对变黄的曲酒进行脱色和除浊试验,降度处理后的曲酒,在常温及-10℃之间,酒液无色透明。
The frozen agaragar,edible glue and tannin were selected to decolour and remove turbid thing for yellowed Qujiu liquor.The liquor decreased alcohol concentration and dealt with were colourless and transparent in the constant temperature to ten degrees below zero.
