摘要
保龄酒是用富锗灵芝浓缩液与贵州名酒怀酒精心勾兑而成。介绍了保龄酒制作工艺及各种营养成分分析和评价。结果表明，保龄酒含有丰富的ＳＯＤ、微量元素和多种维生素、多种氨基酸，具有营养保健作用。
Baolin Liquor is highly produced with condense Linzhi fluid rich in Ge and Guizhou Huaijiu Liquor.The development and analysis of the nutrition components in Baolin Liquor were described. The results showed that Baolin Liquor contains rich SOD,trace elements,some vitamin and 18 kinds of amino acids.It has many nutrition and health functions.
