摘要
针对啤酒厂二氧化碳的产生机理及其回收工艺,着重论述了一个年产10万吨啤酒企业的二氧化碳回收系统的可行性和可靠性,并对其经济效益进行核算。
The generation and recovery of CO2 in brewery were discussed.The reliability and feasibility of carbon dioxide reocvery system in a brewery which produces 100 thousands tons beer a year were described and the economic benefit was accounted.
