摘要 为了研究热解炭阴燃特性,在自行设计的炭粉阴燃实验台上对玉米秸秆粉热解残炭阴燃特性中的温度、尾气和燃烧速度进行研究.实验结果表明:随着阴燃前锋下移,各温度测点峰值逐渐下降,峰值持续时间增长;在阴燃发生的前11h内,气体产物中C(CO)∶C(CO2)>1;阴燃初期的阴燃速度最快,随后逐渐减慢. The smoldering characteristic of pyrolytic charcoal made from the powder of corn stalk was studied on a smoldering stove which was designed by ourselves.The smoldering temperature,the flue gases and smoldering speed were recorded online during the experiments.Experimental results show that,with the smoldering front descending,the peak values of these thermocouples gradually decline and last for a longer time.Within 11 hours from the beginning,the molar ratio of CO to CO2 in flue gases is more than 1.There is a peak value of the smoldering speed during the initial stage of smoldering,but with the smoldering front descending,the smoldering speed declines gradually.
