基于信息融合理论的新农村建设评价指标体系研究

Research on New Socialist Countryside Evaluation System Based on Information Fusion Theory

为了克服新农村建设评价指标体系确立的主观性,一是通过对指标体系历史文献的统计频度分析确立指标体系一,二是根据评价指标体系设立的原则确立指标体系二,对不同专家学者给两指标体系权重的打分结果规一化后再运用D-S理论进行信息融合,从而选取相对权重较高的指标形成相对科学的新农村建设评价指标体系,并以连云港新农村建设指标体系为例给出了实证研究。

In order to overcome subjectivity in determining the evaluation system of new socialist countryside, the paper established index system 1 by analyzing statistics frequency of historical documents, established index system 2 by the principle according to the evaluation index system and used D - S theory to fuse information according to scoring results of the two indexes by different experts. A higher weight index was selected to form relative evaluation index system and Lianyungang new socialist countryside was taken as the empirical research.
