Ni_(55)Fe_(18)Ga_(27)磁性形状记忆合金的组织结构与马氏体相变

摘要 采用光学显微镜、差示扫描量热仪、X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜等对Ni55Fe18Ga27磁性形状记忆合金的组织结构与马氏体相变行为进行了研究.实验结果表明铸态合金的马氏体转变温度在室温以上,而且马氏体相呈规则排列的板条状;研究还表明其稳态马氏体为14M型单斜调制结构,晶格参数:a=0.4151nm、b=0.5141nmc、=2.9460nm、β=91.13°. The microstructure and martensitic transformation of Ni55Fe18Ga27 magnetic shape memory alloy were investigated by optical microscope,XRD,DSC and TEM.Experimental results showed that the microstructure of as-melted alloys was composed of martensitic phase at room temperature.The crystal structure of the martensite phase was determined to be 14M.The lattice parameter are a= 0.415 1nm,b= 0.514 1nm,c= 2.946 0nm,β=91.13°.
