Shielding Effectiveness （SE） is one of the important indexes to military electronic equipment shelter. The establishment of this standard fills a gap on shielding effectiveness test method for military electronic equipment shelter. The critical steps of on-site measnrement for SE of shelter in GJB 6785-2009 are introduced.
