摘要
为了观察复合微量营养素对D-半乳糖致衰老模型雌性小鼠的抗疲劳和抗氧化的作用,选取雌性昆明种小鼠50只,按体重随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组和复合微量营养素(g/kg bw.d)低、中、高剂量组(0.10、0.20、0.40).除空白对照组外,其余4组小鼠每天颈背部皮下注射400mg/kg.b w的D-半乳糖0.3mL,空白对照组注射等量的生理盐水.每天实验组小鼠灌胃复合微量营养素水悬液,对照组小鼠灌胃蒸馏水,实验期56d.实验7周后,进行负重游泳耐力测试,眼底采血,并测定血清尿素氮;实验8周后,测定血清和肝脏丙二醛(MDA)浓度以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,并测定肝糖原含量.结果表明:灌胃复合营养素能提高衰老小鼠SOD活力、肝糖原含量,延长负重游泳时间,促进小鼠体重的增长(P<0.05);能明显降低MDA含量(P<0.05),并有剂量依赖关系.适量补充复合微量营养素对衰老雌性小鼠的抗疲劳和抗氧化能力都具有一定的促进作用.
To investigate the effects of compound nutrients on anti-oxidation and anti-fatigue in female mice,fifty Kunming female mice were randomly divided into control group,model group,low,medium,distilled water,high of compound nutrients groups,which were respectively given with distilled water and the compound nutrients at 0.09,0.18 and 0.36g/kg for 56 d.Aging mouse models were established by subcutaneous injection of 400 mg / kg of D-galactose at the nape,the control group received the same volume of saline.After 7 weeks,the loaded-swimming time was recorded and serum urea nitrogen was measured.After 8 weeks,liver glycogen,the contents of MDA,the activities of SOD in serum and liver were measured.Compared with the model group,loading swimming time,liver glycogen and the activities of SOD increased while the contents of MDA and serum urea nitrogen decreased in the experimental group dose-dependently.Compound nutrients can promote the abilities of anti-oxidation and anti-fatigue of senile female mice.
