摘要
为了研究粉状生物质和半焦的喂料特性,设计了粉状生物质喂料器.通过对40-60目的玉米秸粉和两种流化床热解半焦的喂料试验,得到了粉状生物质喂料量与喂料电动机转速的关系,并且对三种物料的实际下料量和理论值进行了比较.实验发现,几种物料都可以实现定量连续下料,粒径越小的物料在相同电动机转速下下料量越大;混合目数的物料落料量较少但更容易控制.
In order to study the feeding character of pulverized biomass and chars,a feeding device was designed.Using a pulverized biomass and two kinds of biomass chars,which were the residue of fluidized bed,as feedstocks,the relationship between voltage of electrical machine and its rotate speed was obtained,and the actual flow of the three feedstocks was compared with the theoretical value.Experiment results shows that all the feedstocks could be feed on accurately and continuously,and the smaller the diameter of granules,the heavier the feeding flow under the same revolving speed.Comparatively,the feedstock with mixed meshes is less but chould be better controlled.
