摘要
采用DDS芯片AD9833为振荡源,在单片机的控制及TL494的配合下设计出超声洁牙机电路及控制软件,该洁牙机电路振荡频率漂移小于0.2Hz/℃,具有自动扫描搜索换能器谐振点、谐振点稳定、工作可靠的特点.
By adopting DDS chip AD9833 which has a low temperature-drift as source of vibration power,with the control of single-chip microcomputer(SCM) and the help of TL 494,we have made an ultrasonic tooth cleaner(UTC)and its control software,which is capable of automaically scanning and searching for resonant points of the transducer.The circuit vibration frequency of this UTC is rarely affected by the change of temperature,and the temperature-drift is less than 0.2Hz/℃.
