摘要 为了研究冷轧Q235钢/45钢在干摩擦实验条件下的表面摩擦磨损行为,在M-2000型摩擦磨损试验机上分别进行了等速变载荷、等载荷变速和等速变载荷间歇接触冲击条件下的摩擦磨损试验.利用摩擦力矩-摩擦系数法对Q235钢的摩擦磨损机理特性进行了研究分析.结果表明,冷轧Q235钢的摩擦系数和磨损量随载荷的增加而增加(但增加趋势减缓)、随转速的提高而减小.在间歇接触冲击时,其摩擦系数比其他两种条件下的摩擦系数大1.4~3.3倍,磨损量比其他两种条件下的磨损量大1.24~1.51倍. In order to study the friction and abrasion behaviors of the cold rolled Q235 steel /45 steel under dry friction test conditions,the friction and abrasion tests are made on the M-2000 friction and abrasion tester under different conditions such as uniform velocity and fluctuating load,equipollent load and varying velocity,and uniform velocity and fluctuating load with periodical touch impact.The reactive tribological mechanism and characteristics of Q235 steel has been studied and analyzed by using friction moment-friction coefficient.The results demonstrate that the friction coefficient and abrasion amount of the cold rolled Q235 steel degressively increase with the increase of load,and decrease with the increase of velocity.During periodical touch impact,the friction coefficient is generally 1.4 to 3.3 times more than the friction coefficients under the other two conditions;and the abrasion amount is generally 1.24 to 1.51 times more than the abrasion amount under the other two conditions.
