摘要
对一种新型动压滑动轴承——螺旋三油楔动压轴承作了探讨。采用有限无法求解雷诺方程,对这种轴承的静、动特性进行了分析计算.结果表明:把油楔加工成螺旋形,不仅有利于将润滑油导入整个润滑表面,而且能明显影响轴承的各项性能,特别是轴承的温升和动力特性有明显的改善,是一种理想的高速轴承。本文对合理螺旋角的大小也作了讨论。
Studies a new model plain bearing with spiral three oilwedges. To calculate and analyze static and dynamic characteristic of the bearing, a Reynold's equation is solved by finite element method. The result shows that the oil-Wedges machined into spirality easily lead lubricant to the whole bearing's face and obviously improve its temperature rise and dynamic behavior, so the bearing is suitable to use in high speed machines. Its reasonable spiral angle is discussed as well.
