MR淋巴成像研究现状

The current status of MR lymphography

摘要 准确地检出和评判淋巴结的良恶性是进行肿瘤分期和制定治疗计划的关键,影响肿瘤病人的预后。常规CT、MRI和超声依靠淋巴结的大小、形态区分良恶性,诊断准确率有限。MR淋巴成像作为一种新型的微创性的方法,对比分辨力和空间分辨力均较高,可同时提供淋巴结、淋巴管的解剖和功能两方面的信息,对肿瘤转移性淋巴结的检出和良恶性淋巴结的鉴别有非常大的帮助。
