摘要 干细胞是一类具有多向分化潜能的特殊细胞,伴随着对其研究的深入,干细胞的临床应用前景也越来越广阔。但干细胞移植后,如何从宿主辨别移植细胞,并观察其在体内的生存和转归情况,一直是让人困扰的问题,采用有效的技术来标记和示踪干细胞移植治疗的效果将对其在动物实验研究和临床应用上起到促进作用。对干细胞标记示踪技术的研究进展予以综述。
