填充聚四氟乙烯的某些性能研究

摘要 对9种成分的填充聚四氟乙烯进行了机械性能和热性能的测试。结果表明:与纯聚四氟乙烯相比,填充聚四氟乙烯的抗压、抗弯强度和硬度增高;抗拉强度、断裂伸长率和线膨胀系数则降低;摩擦磨损性能明显改善.填充聚四氟乙烯的性能改变与填充剂的成分配比及其结晶度有关。X射线结晶度的测量结果表明,填充聚四氟乙烯的结晶度亦随填充剂的結晶性质不同而变化. Deals with the mechanical and physical properties of 9 filled Fluons which added fillers with different formulations composed from the graphite; glass fiber, bronze powder, carbon fiber, molybdenum disulfide and polyphenylene resin. The experimental result shows: compared with pure Fluon,their compression strength, bending strength and hardness are higher, but tensile strength and fracture enlongation lower; the wear resistance appreciably increases, but the linear expansion coefficient somewhat decreases. The change of properties are related to type, composition, content and degree of crystallization of the fillers in the Fluons.X-ray diffraction indicated that the crystal-Unity of filled Fluons varied with crystallizability of the different fillers as well.
