摘要
圆环内腔面是立体曲面,加工控制困难.本文在分析数学模型的基础上,提出了在加工控制中因脉冲当量的差异而造成的被加工图形失真补偿计算方法,以及用三坐标联动加工圓环内腔面的控制方法。它是一种简便、实用、加工精度高、成本低廉的加工控制方法。
Internal surface of a ring as a three-dimentional surface is difficultly machined and controlled. A calculating method based on analysing the mathmatic model is presented, and by the method the machining graphic distortion caused by the difference of pulse unit in processing can be compensated. And a control method to machine the internal surface of a ring by the unitive motion of three axes is given. The method is simple; convenient, precise and economic.
