摘要
本文采用混凝沉降,烟道气中和炉渣吸附的方法,对以生产麻黄素为主的药厂废水进行综合治理。结果表明,COD总除去率达98%,色度降到5度,出水pH在7左右。其它各主要指标均达到了排放标准。本文还依据实验结果论述了混凝剂的组成,pH的影响、烟道气中和及炉渣吸附的工艺过程。
In this paper the comprehensive treatment of ephedrine waste water by coagulating, neutralization of flue gas and adsorption of cinder is introduced. The results showed that the chemical oxygen demand was removed above by 98%, colority is reduced to below than 5 degree, pH is about 7. The rest main quality indexes meet the discharging standards. On the basis of the results. This paper discusses some effects of composition of coagulant, pH and technology of neutralization and adsorption.
