摘要
研究了有机磷杀虫剂甲胺磷在5种不同的浓度下对土壤微生物活性所产生的影响。结果表明,甲胺磷对细菌、放线菌和固氮菌群的生长具有不同程度的抑制作用,而对真菌却有一定的刺激效应;土壤的呼吸作用、氨化作用增强,自生固氮能力、硝化作用以及铁离子价数转换作用减弱。甲胺磷对土壤微生物活性的影响,随着处理浓度的提高,作用强度。
Abstract: The effect of methamidophos, an organophosphorous pesticide, on microbial activity in soil was studied with five different concentrations. The results showed that methamidophos inhibited the growth and activity of bacteria, Actinomyces and Azotobacter at different degree, but stimulated the growth of fungi; the results also showed that soil respiration and ammonification was stimulated, however, soil nitrogen fixation, nitrification and Fe(Ⅲ)-reduction was inhibited. The influence of methamidophos was stronger and longer with the concentration higher.
