摘要
通过用不同浓度HgCl2溶液对大豆种子进行砂培试验研究,结果发现5×10-5mol/LHgCl2对大豆幼苗的生长发育无明显影响;培养液HgCl2浓度大于1×10-4mol/L时,大豆幼苗叶绿素含量、光合速率、根系发育及活力、硝酸还原酶活力、蒸腾强度降低,幼苗营养利用能力降低,生长速率减慢。
The results from this experiment showed that 5×10-5 mol/L HgCl2 solution did not make evident change to soybean seedlings growth. If concentration of solution was more than 1× 10-4 mol/L, the contents of chlorophyll, photosynthetic rate, roots development and roots activities, nitrate reductase activity and transpiration rate of soybean seedlings were decreased, the ability of absorbing nourishment of seedlings was brought down, thus seedlings growing was inhibited.
