Research and Application of a New Type of Magnetoresistive Sensor

The function and characteristic of American Honeywll's magnetoresistive sensor, and application in measuring magnetic direction by the three axs smart digital Inagnetomeer which is made of the sensor are introduced. The experiment resuh shows that in straPdawn condition, with thegnscoP suPPlying attitude, the measuring direction's maximum ermr is less than 0 .6 degree (the range of the bank angle and the pitch angle is within ± 45°). The notable characteristic of the sensor's application is small voume andligh, it has been used in RPV's control and navigaion.
