The software algorithm of a transformer watching& protection system is expounded. It utilizes sensors sampling the paramters of the transformer, the computer keepingthe parameters in memory cards and judging whether thetransformer is in good condition by operating the data. Withcomputer simulation,we get the result which shows the algorithm is capable of distingUishing the state of the transformerand the algorithm achieves the desired requirements.
