摘要
目的:探讨槲皮素对四氯化碳(CCl4)所致的大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:用CCl4制备急性肝损伤动物模型,用小剂量、大剂量槲皮素(1g/kg、2g/kg)干预,测定大鼠血清中AST、ALT含量,肝脏指数,以及血清及肝组织匀浆中的超氧化物坡化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的活性,并作肝组织病理学检测。结果:槲皮素能明显降低大鼠血清AST、ALT的含量(P<0.05),降低肝脏指数(P<0.05),降低大鼠血清和肝组织匀浆中的MDA(P<0.05),升高SOD(P<0.05),能减轻肝组织变性、坏死程度,缓解肝组织的病理改变。结论:槲皮素对CCl4所致的大鼠急性肝损伤具有保护作用。
Objective:To explore the protective effects of quercetin on CCl4-induced acute hepatic injury of rats.Methods:Acute hepatic injury model was induced by CCl4.Serum levels of AST and ALT,liver index,SOD and MDA in serum and liver tissue were measured,hepatic pathological changes were also observed before and after giving low-dose(1 g·kg-1) or high-dose(2 g·kg-1) of quercetin.Results:Quercetin decreased obviously the levels of serum AST,ALT(P0.05) and the liver index(P0.05),decreased MDA contents(P0.05) and increased the levels of SOD(P0.05) in serum and liver tissue.Degeneration and necrosis of liver tissue were abated and pathological changes were relieved.Conclusion:Quercetin has protective effects on CCl4-induced acute hepatic injury in rats.
