无创通气治疗呼吸衰竭121例临床体会

Clinical experience of non-invasive ventilation in treatment of 121 cases of respiratory failure

目的:探讨无创正压机械通气对呼吸衰竭的治疗效果。方法:对我院呼吸科近3年收治的121例呼吸衰竭患者的临床资料进行系统回顾性分析。结果:经无创正压机械通气治疗后93例患者病情有不同程度缓解。结论:无创正压机械通气是治疗各种呼吸衰竭的有效手段,特别是急性呼吸衰竭的治疗,为基础疾病治疗赢得了时间,提高了疾病的治疗效果。

Objective：To explore the effect of non-invasive positive pressure mechanical ventilention on treating respiratory failure.Methods：To perform the systematic review of clinical data in 121 inpatients with respiratory failure in the respiratory department of our hospital in recent 3 years.Results：After the treatment of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation,93 cases had varying degrees of remission.Conclusion：Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation is an effective mean to treat various respiratory failure,especially acute respiratory failure,which would gain time for treating underlying diseases and improve the therapeutic effect of the disease.
