摘要
目的:分析肺心病合并脑梗死的临床特点。方法:对39例肺心病合并脑梗死患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:肺心病合并脑梗死发病率6.2%,48小时内确诊率48.7%。结论:肺心病合并脑梗死临床表现不典型,及时确诊困难。
Objective：To analyze the clinical features of pulmonary heart disease complicaled by cerebral infarction.Methods：39 cases of pulmonary heart disease complicated by cerebral infarction were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The incidence of pulmonary heart disease complicated by cerebral infarction was 6.2%,within 48 h the diagnostic rate was 48.7%.Conclusion：Pulmonary heart disease complicated by cerebral infarction has atypical clinical manifestations,and timely diagnosis is difficult.
