阑尾类癌8例临床分析

Analysis of cacinoid tumor of appendix

目的:探讨阑尾类癌的临床特点及治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析1999年1月～2009年3月收治的8例阑尾类癌患者的临床资料。结果:患者术后恢复顺利,均痊愈出院。随访3～10年,均无复发和转移。结论:阑尾类癌缺乏特异性的临床表现,术前难以作出明确诊断。治疗上应根据肿瘤大小、部位及有无转移等情况确定手术方式,术后预后良好。

Objective：To investigate the clinical features of appendiceal carcinoid tumors and their diagnoses and treatments.Methods：The clinical data of 8 patients with carcinoid tumor of appendix were reviewed retrospectively.Results：All patients recovered smoothly after operation.A1l these 8 patients received follow-up from 3 to 10 years,no tumor recurrence and metastasis occurred.Conclusion：It is difficult to make a preoperative diagnosis of carcinoid tumor of appendix without specific clinical feature.The proper operational way should be selected by the diameter,the position or metastasis of the tumor.The prognosis is excellent after operation.
