Investigation on Frozen Theragra Chaicogra-mmas Infected by Anisakis Sps

本文对230尾冷冻铜色纹狭鳕异尖线虫感染情况进行调查,结果表明,172尾感染,感染率为74.8%。同时,对寄生部位进行统计并讨论了异尖线虫的危害性。

This thesis is written on the investigation of the infection on 230 frozen Theragra Chaicogra-mmas by Anisakis sps. The result shows that 172 frozen Theragra Chaicogra-mmas have been infected at the rate of 74.8%. In this thesis, parasitized locations have been statistically calculated, and the harm of Anisakis sps has been discussed.
