According to complexity and time-consuming in test of capacitor parameters,a design of automatic test system based on GP IB is presented.This article mainly describes overall structure of the capacitor parameters automatic test system after introducing the test method and bus architecture of the system.It also describes software architecture and program flow of the capacitor parameters test.The system has the advantages of a high degree of automation,good opening,fast test speed etc.
