摘要
实验根据脲酶水解尿素释放NH3而使得水溶液pH值增高的原理,来测得萌发的豌豆种子中脲酶活性的高低。结果表明,底物浓度对豌豆脲酶活性的影响较大,当底物浓度为0.35mol/ml时,秦选1号脲酶活性最强;当底物浓度为0.45mol/ml时,豌杂1号中脲酶活性最强。豌豆脲酶的最适温度是60℃。本实验可为豌豆的合理栽培提供参考。
On the basis of principle of urease hydrolysis urea releasing of NH3 and make the pH value of aqueous solution increase to determine urease activity of pea during seed germinating.Results showed that substrate concentration had remarkable effect on urease activity.Urease activity of qinxuan1 was the maximum when the substrate concentration was 0.35mol/ml,and when the substrate concentration was 0.45mol/ml urease activity of wanza1 was the maximum.The optimum temperature of pea urease was 60Δ℃.This experiment would provide a reference for planting peas reasonable.
