首钢京唐1号高炉强化达产实践

Practice on Intensified Smelting and Target Output Achievement in No.1 BF of Shougang Jingtang Joint Co.,Ltd.

首钢京唐公司1号高炉投产后的强化达产遵循"以‘消'定产、稳步提产"的原则,适当控制铁水产量,实现了达产强化的平稳过渡。同时,通过控制风口循环区、活跃炉缸工作、稳定上部煤气分布、使用好风温、注重利用系数和负荷匹配、加强精料工作、规范和完善出铁制度,保证了在控制冶炼强化节奏时高炉炉况的顺行稳定。

After No. 1 BF of Shougang Jingtang Joint Co. , Ltd. putting into operation, the activities for achieving the target output are carried out following the philosophy of ＂ determining the output based on marketing and increasing the productivity stably＂, i.e. the hot metal output is controlled at an appropriate increasing rate to realize stable transit to the designed out-put. Additionally, a series of measures are taken, such as controlling the tuyere circulation area, activating operation of hearth, stabilizing top gas distribution, properly controlling the blasting air, improving availability and load coordination, enlarging utilization of beneficiated burden, normalizing and optimizing the tapping system, etc. in order to ensure smooth and stable working condition of blast furnace in the process of controlled and intensified smelting.
