Innovation of Technical Standards of State Key Laboratories is Conducive to Participation in International Standardization Activities

本文介绍了在研制ISO/IEC 19763《互操作性元模型柜架》国际标准过程中的经验和体会,提出了知识创新带动技术标准创新是参与国际标准化活动的关键,并对如何参与国际标准化活动、推广应用研制的标准,以及培养高素质国际标准化人才提出了建议。

Based on introducing SKLSE＇s experience in development of ＇Information technology - Metamodel Framework for Interoperability （MFI） -3： Metamodel for ontology registration （ISO/IEC 19763-3）＇, this paper discusses that knowledge innovation is the most important drive to technology standards innovation in international standardization activities. Then, some effective advices are given about how to participate in international standardization activities and to apply new standards and to train bright people for in- ternational standardization.
