伊莎褐蛋鸡孵化期胚胎死亡规律

Embryo Death Regular Pattern in Isa Brown Chicken during Hatching

以西北农林科技大学畜牧教学试验基地养鸡场伊莎褐蛋鸡为试验对象,选取1500枚种蛋,研究种蛋在孵化期胚胎的死亡规律。将1500枚种蛋分为A1、A2、A3、A4、A55个重复,每重复300枚种蛋。采用方差分析和多重比较法分别比较5个重复间的差异,孵化前期和孵化后期两个胚胎死亡高峰期不同胚胎日龄组之间的差异。结果表明：5重复间的差异不显著（P〉0.05）;孵化期有两个胚胎死亡高峰,不同胚胎日龄组之间差异极显著,分别在4-6天和16-18天（P〈0.01）;孵化前期胚胎死亡高峰期4、5、6天死亡率极显著高于3天和7天（P〈0.01）;孵化后期16、17、18天的胚胎死亡率显著高于15天前和19天后（P〈0.01）,其余日龄间胚胎死亡率差异不显著（P〉0.05）。

Fifteen hundred breeding eggs of Isa brown chicken were selected to study the regular pattern of embryo in hatching period in the Northwest AF University from April to May in 2008.Eggs were divided into five groups（A1,A2,A3,A4,and A5,separately）,300 eggs in each group.The differences among five groups and their differences in pre-hatching and post-hatching periods were analyzed by analysis of variance and multiple comparison method.The results showed that differences among five groups were not significant（P〉0.05）;two death peaks in hatching period were observed in 4-6 days and 16-18 days;the mortality rates of embryo on 4th,5th,6th day in pre-hatching period were significantly higher than on 3rd and 7th day（P〈0.01）;mortality rate of embryo on 16th and 17th day in post-hatching period were significantly higher than on 15th and 19th day（P〈0.01）;and there were non-significant difference among mortality rates of embryo in other days.The results of this study provided some basis for management in egg incubation period.
