冷型花生光合生理特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 应用红外测温仪观测了4个不同花生品种的冠层温度,并测定了花生主茎功能叶片的部分光合生理性状。结果表明,自然界花生存在冠层温度分异现象,豫花9331和豫花153冠层温度较对照品种持续偏低,属冷型花生;开农41号和无名2号的冠层温度均高于对照品种,属暖型花生。冷型花生较暖型花生的叶绿素含量高,绿叶面积持续期长,净光合速率(Pn)高,叶片气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)也具有明显优势,说明冷型花生具有较强的生理活性。此外,冷型花生具有较强的光合能力,能够产生和积累较多的光合产物。 In order to explore differentiation of canopy temperatures and physiological characteristics of cold type peanuts,using infrared radiation thermometer to detect the canopy temperatures in four different peanut varieties,and also measured some characters of physiology and photosynthesis.The results indicated that the canopy temperature of different peanut varieties were markedly different in nature.The canopy temperatures of Yuhua 9331 and Yuhua 153 were lower than that of the check variety Luhua 11,grouping them to cold type peanuts.On the contrary,the temperatures of Kainong 41 and Wuming 2 were both higher than the check variety,grouping them to the warm type.The cold type peanuts had higher chlorophyll content,longer period of staying green and higher net photosynthesis rates.The stomatal conductance and transpiration rates of leaves had obvious superiority,indicating that cold type peanuts had stronger physiological activity.Moreover,cold type peanuts had stronger photosynthetic capacity,with more production and accumulation of photosynthetic product.
