不同温敏型番茄感染根结线虫后光合特性变化 被引量:1

摘要 以UC82、LA3471、LA2157为试材,通过苗期接种根结线虫二龄幼虫,分别在26和32℃时测定番茄叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、胞间CO2体积分数(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs),旨在筛选高温下抗根结线虫并能保持较高光合特性的番茄品种。结果表明:26℃接种线虫后50 d,UC82上有大量根结生成,LA3471和LA2157上无根结生成,说明此温度下LA3471和LA2157对根结线虫具有一定抗性;3个品种的Pn、Ci、Tr、Gs与对照相比稍有升高。32℃接种线虫后50 d,UC82上有大量根结生成,LA3471和LA2157根系上有少量根结生成;UC82、LA3471的Pn、Tr较对照均下降,而接种线虫后LA2157的Pn、Tr较对照却有所升高。说明LA2157具有高温下抗根结线虫的特性。 The purpose of this paper was to select tomato varieties that could maintain a high-level photosynthesis under high temperature after inoculated by root-knot nematode.The test material is UC82,LA3471,LA2157.After inoculated by root-knot nematode,photosynthetic rate(Pn),CO2 concentration of internal leaf(Ci),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs) were investigated at 26℃ and 32℃ respectively during 50 days after inoculation of root-knot nematode.The results showed that at 26℃,UC82 had lots of root-knot on root,however,LA3471,LA2157 had no root-knot,which indicated that LA3471 and LA2157 had the resistance to nematode at 26℃;the Pn,Ci,Tr,Gs of UC82,LA3471,and LA2157 inoculated by nematode changed insignificantly compared with that of the control.At 32℃,UC82 had lots of root-knots,and LA3471 and LA2157 had a few root-knots.Compared with the control,the Pn and Tr of UC82 and LA3471 decreased after inoculation with nematodes,however the Pn,Tr of LA2157 were higher than that of the control.These showed LA2157 had the resistance nematode under high temperature.
