摘要
研究了11个不同品种叶用莴苣种子在20、25、30、35、40℃5个温度条件下的发芽特征。结果表明,当温度高于25℃时,随温度上升,叶用莴苣种子发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数均呈下降趋势;35℃下的相对发芽率、相对发芽指数和相对活力指数能更好地反映品种间耐热性差异。试验中11个叶用莴苣品种对高温胁迫敏感程度存在差异,W1、W7J、20耐热性较强,W2、S2、S7、S20、S24耐热性中等,J2、J17、S39耐热性较弱。
The germination characteristics of 11cultivars of Lactuca sative L.under five different temperatures,20,25,30,35 and 40℃,were studied in this experiment.The results showed that when temperature was higher than 25℃,germination percentage,germination index and vigor index decreased gradually;lower than 35℃,relative germination percentage,relative germination index and relative vigor index were the suitable indexes to reflect the difference of hot tolerance among cultivars.The tolerance to heat stress of W1,W7,J20 was strong,W2,S2,S7,S20,S24 was medium,and J2,J17,S39 was weak.The sensitivity of heat stress varied among the 11 cultivars of Lactuca sative L.
