小叶女贞叶片脲酶抑制物质的提取及抑制作用研究

Study on extraction and characteristics of inhibitory substance to urease from leaves of Ligustrum quihoui Carr.

从小叶女贞叶片中提取分离了具有抑制脲酶作用的活性成分并对其抑制作用进行研究.结果显示该活性物质主要成分为多糖和酚类物质,对脲酶有较强的抑制作用,随着脲酶抑制物质浓度增加,抑制作用增强.加入β-巯基乙醇(2-Me)后,脲酶的活性恢复,说明该脲酶抑制物质是通过与脲酶的-SH发生作用而导致脲酶的活性降低.

Inhibitory substance to urease was extracted from leaves of Ligustrum quihoui Carr. Its com- ponents were identified and the inhibitory effects on jack bean urease were studied. The results showed that the extract from Ligustrum quihoui were the mixture of polysaccharide and hydroxybenzene. It showed potent inhibition on jack bean urease, and the inhibition was dose-dependent. The inhibitory effects were blocked byβ-mercaptoethanol （2-Me）, which indicated that the extract inhibited urease by binding to cysteinyl residues.
