摘要
胰腺肿瘤的发病率较低,但其病理类型复杂。随着人们生活质量的提高和影像学技术的进步,胰腺肿瘤的检出率逐年增高。位于胰腺体尾部的胰腺癌,手术切除率低,而胰腺囊性肿瘤与神经内分泌肿瘤多为良性或低度恶性肿瘤，多可手术切除。胰腺体尾部肿瘤以胰体尾切除为标准术式．其中又分为保留脾脏与联合脾脏切除的术式。近年，
