GPC3在原发性肝细胞性肝癌根治术后早期复发中的表达及意义

Expressino of Glypican-3 in early recurrence after hepatic resection of hepatocellular carcinoma and its significance

目的:探讨磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖3(GPC3)在肝细胞性肝癌根治术后早期复发中的表达及其意义。方法:57例施行肝癌根治术的病例入选本研究,根据其复发倾向分为早期复发组及非早期复发组。免疫组化法和实时荧光定量PCR法分别检测GPC3的表达。结果:免疫组化法和实时荧光定量PCR法均提示GPC3高表达于早期复发组。单因素分析显示肝硬化、GPC3表达、肿瘤直径、血管侵犯和ALT(P<0.05)是肝癌根治术后早期复发的危险因素;logistic多因素回归分析显示GPC3,肿瘤直径和血管侵犯是肝癌根治术后早期复发的独立危险因素。结论:GPC3其高表达有可能增加复发风险。

Objective To evaluate glypican-3 （GPC3） expression in early recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） after hepatic resection. Methods 57 patients undergoing hepatic resection of hepatocellular carcinoma were included in this study. GPC3 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry and quantitative real-time RT-PCR. Results GPC3 was highly expressed in the patients with early recurrence. Univariate analysis showed that liver cirrhosis,GPC3,tumor size,vascular invasion,and ALT were the risk factors for early recurrence. Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that GPC3,tumor size,and vascular invasion were the independent risk factors. Conclusions High expression of GPC3 may increase the risk of early recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma.
