MRSA对糖肽类抗生素耐药趋势及机制初探 被引量:7

摘要 目的:分析确定MRSA的van基因的表达与对糖肽类抗生素的耐药趋势的相关性。方法:分析MRSA菌株耐药谱确定对糖肽类抗生素耐药性的变化趋势,通过PCR筛选出现耐药趋势的MRSA菌株中van基因的表达情况。结果:MRSA菌株对糖肽类抗生素药敏结果中位数和频数分布趋势都显示向耐药方向的偏态分布,而van基因在85株MRSA中没有阳性表达菌株。结论:MRSA菌株对糖肽类抗生素出现明显的向耐药方向发展的趋势,而van基因的表达与这种耐药趋势不呈现明显的相关性,证明对于糖肽类抗生素的耐药机制还会更加复杂,尤其是hVISA的出现对MRSA对糖肽类抗生素耐药机制具有指导意义。 Objective To find correlation between trend of resistance of glycopeptide antimicrobial to MRSA and expression of van in MRSA. Methods Analyzed resistance trend of glycopeptide antimicrobial through diagram of MRSA,meanwhile choosed positive strains with PCR for gene van. Results Median and frequency distributions of MRSA for glycopeptide antimicrobial showed obvious skew distribution to resistance,while negative results on PCR of gene van in 85 MRSA strains. Conclusions Strains of MRSA show obvious trend to resistance of glycopeptide antimicrobial,but expression of gene van has little correlation with it. Therefore,it will be have more complicated mechanism of resistance trend to glycopeptide antimicrobial,especially when hVISA emerges.
