腰椎椎间关节成形术的临床应用进展
摘要
脊柱椎间关节成形术借鉴于人工关节成形/置换术,旨在恢复脊柱节段的活动和负载功能,防止临近节段退变的加速,从而使术后的脊柱更符合人体的解剖生理要求。目前脊柱关节成形术包括：（1）人工全椎间盘置换;（2）人工髓核置换;（3）关节突关节置换;
