摘要 激光捷联惯性组件是航海惯性导航系统的核心部件,惯性组件的温度变化直接影响系统的导航精度。本文利用ANSYS模拟了激光捷联惯性组件的温度场、热应力场和热变形。首先介绍了我们设计的激光捷联惯性组件的结构特征,建立了有限元模型,然后详细介绍了有限元分析中边界条件的处理及换热系数的计算方法,最后给出了激光捷联惯性组件的稳态温度场、瞬态温度场分布情况。实验测试结果与仿真分析结果吻合,计算误差小于2%。利用热-结构耦合法仿真分析了激光捷联惯性组件的热应力场和热变形情况。本文的研究结果可以为激光航海捷联惯性组件温度补偿中测温点的选取、捷联惯导系统变温过程中的标定、惯性组件的热设计以及进一步优化设计等提供参考依据。 Laser strapdown inertial measurement unit (LSIMU) is the central component in marine inertial navigation system; its temperature change can directly influence navigation accuracy. ANSYS software is used to simulate the temperature field, thermo-stress field and thermal deformation. Firstly, the structure characteristic of the LSIMU we designed is introduced, and a finite element model is established. And then, the setting of the boundary condition and the calculation of the heat transfer coefficient are explained in detail. Finally, the distributions of the steady-state temperature field and transient temperature field are given. The experiment results are consistent with the simulation results, and the calculation error is less than 2%. The thermo-stress field and thermal deformation are investigated using thermo-structure coupling analysis method. This research work can provide a reference to the calibration of LSIMU, the selection of temperature test points in the temperature compensation, heat analysis, and design optimization of LSIMU.
