滴灌用黄河水泥沙分离参数优化 被引量:3

摘要 针对滴灌中黄河水泥沙含量高的问题,根据其基本特征,研制了适于黄河水泥沙分离的碟式分离机,选用FXJ-150-I型旋流器,将分离机与旋流器串联进行泥沙分离。通过三因素二次正交旋转回归试验,考察了底流口直径、旋流入口压力、转鼓转速对溢流颗粒D50的影响,得出D50与影响因素的回归模型。结果表明:底流口直径和旋流入口压力对D50的影响极显著(P<0.01),转鼓转速对D50的影响显著(P<0.05);获得较小D50的最佳结构和操作参数是底流口直径为14 mm,旋流入口压力为0.06 MPa,转鼓转速为3 800 r/min。 Aimed at the problem of silt in the Yellow River water for agricultural drip irrigation,a dish separator is designed and manufactured in accordance with the major characteristics of silt in the Yellow River and the FXJ-150-I hydrocyclone is chosen.The separator and hydrocyclone are arranged in series for separating silt of the Yellow River water.Half-content diameter D50 was selected as experimental target,with three-factor quadric orthogonal regression composite experimental design,the influences of underflow port diameter,inlet pressure and drum rotation speed were investigated,and a regression equation with high reliability was obtained.The results show that underflow port diameter and inlet pressure have very significant influence on separation efficiency(P〈0.01),and drum rotation speed has significant influence (P〈0.05).The optimum parameters are 14mm of underflow port diameter,0.06 MPa of inlet pressure and 3 800 r/min of drum rotation speed.
