摘要
通过对心理契约理论的归纳,总结心理契约与员工忠诚的相互作用关系的基础之上,把心理契约置于企业员工忠诚管理的过程之中进行系统分析,把心理契约管理融入于具体的员工忠诚管理的过程之中,从心理契约角度来培养与提升员工忠诚度,最终创造企业与员工的双赢。
This paper summarized the theory of psy-chological contract, in summarizing the psychological contract with employees loyal to the interaction between the basis of the psychological .Contract employees under the management ,which take an important role in the process of loyalty to carry out a systematic analysis of the psychological contract management into the specific employee loyalty management process, from the perspective of psychological contract to develop and enhance staff loyalty, and ultimately create a win-win business and employees.
