摘要 【目的】探讨老年原发性高血压(EH)患者的血尿酸(UA)水平和血压等级的关系。【方法】回顾分析316例(≥60岁)EH患者与205例(≥60岁)健康体检者的血尿酸水平,其中EH患者,根据血压水平,分成1、2、3级3组。【结果】血尿酸水平:EH组明显高于对照组(P<0.05),2、3级EH组明显高于1级EH组(P<0.05),2级和3级EH组间比较无显著性差异。【结论】EH患者血尿酸水平与老年血压等级呈正相关,说明对高尿酸血症进行早期干预,可能是预防和治疗老年高血压的一条新途径。 [Objective] To explore the relationship between serum uric acid levels and blood pressure grades in elders. [Methods] A retrospective study was conducted in 316 elders (≥60 y) with essential hypertension and 205 elders (≥60y) as controls. EH patients were classified into three grades according to the blood pressure level. [Results] Serum uric acid levels in EH patients was significantly increased compared with the control group ( P 0.05). The serum uric acid levels in EH patients with 2nd grade or 3nd grade was higher than that with 1st grade (P 0.05), but little difference was found between 2nd grade and 3nd grade. [Conclusion]There has a positive correlation between serum uric acid levels and blood pressure grades.
