尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死疗效评价

Clinical Observation Urokinase Intravenous Thrombolysis Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:观察急诊静脉溶栓救治急性心肌梗死的疗效。方法:急诊溶栓组采用尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗;对照组采用内科常规治疗。结果:急诊溶栓组疗效明显,总再通率70.0%;对照组总再通率20.8%。结论:急诊静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死可以显著提高的救治疗效。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis for acute myocardial infarction.Methods：Thrombolytic therapy group adopted intravenous urokinase thrombolysis,routine therapy were given to the patients in control group.Results：Thrombolytic therapy group sheaved a higher curativeeffect compared with the control group,the recanalization tate was 70.0%,20.8% for control group.Conclusions：thrombolytic therapy in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction is effective.
