腹部手术切口感染的常见因素与护理对策

Abdominal Incision Infections Common Risk Factors and Nursing Strategy

目的：总结腹部手术切口常见的因素并探讨护理对策。方法：回顾性分析2008-01~2009-12腹部手术1 428例,对其中切口感染病例相关因素。结果：1 428例手术中切口感染有94例,感染率6.58%,手术时间、切口长度、手术性质、切口分类、糖尿病均与术后感染有显著关联（P〈0.05）。结论：腹部外科切口感染与多种因素相关,加强围手术期护理、手术医护密切配合对预防切口感染重要意义。

Objective：Summary abdominal incision the common risk factors and to explore the nursing strategy.Methods：A retrospective survey in our hospital in January 2008 ~December 2009 abdominal surgery 1 428 cases,of which incision infection-related risk factors were analyzed.Results：1 428 cases of surgical wound infection in 94 patients,6.58% infection rate,operative time,incision length,operative nature of the,incision classification,diabetes mellitus and postoperative infection were significantly associated（P0.05）.Conclusions：Abdominal surgical wound infection associated with a variety of factors to enhance perioperative care,surgical care in close coordination infection is crucial for prevention.
