摘要
研究了纤维素酶辅助提取温莪术挥发油工艺条件。对温莪术粒径、纤维素酶用量、酶解时间分别进行单因素考察,根据单因素考察结果设计正交试验,以出油率为指标确定适宜的正交试验参数:温莪术细粉粒径100目、纤维素酶用量20 FPIU.(g温莪术)-1、酶解时间40 m in,该工艺条件下温莪术挥发油提取得率为2.72%,与未添加纤维素酶提取工艺相比,温莪术挥发油提取得率增加了283%,显示了纤维素酶辅助提取挥发油良好的应用前景。
To study the factors affecting the yield of essential oil extracted from rhizoma of Curcuma wenyujin by using cellulase assisted extraction,single factor experiments were conducted,including particle size,extraction time and cellulase dose,then orthogonal experiments were carried out to find the optimum operating conditions.Results: The optimum conditions are particle size 150 μm ~180 μm,cellulase dose 20 FPIU(Filter Paper International Units)·(g rhizoma resedue)-1,and extraction time 40 min.Under the conditions the essential oil yield reaches 2.72%,increasing by 283% compared with the extraction without cellulase assistant.
