摘要
将960尾初始平均体重为(95.41±0.52)g的1龄团头鲂为分为4个处理,第1组饲喂对照基础饲料;第2、3、4组分别饲喂在基础饲料中添加0.1%合生素Ⅰ、合生素Ⅱ和合生素Ⅲ的试验饲料,试验为期两个月;通过测定团头鲂的生产性能、血清抗氧化指标和肠道菌群及其形态,研究三种合生素的应用效果。结果表明:在饲料中添加合生素能改善团头鲂的生产性能,其中合生素Ⅰ效果显著(P<0.05);三种合生素均显著提高了团头鲂血清抗氧化能力,其中合生素Ⅰ和合生素Ⅲ效果更佳(P<0.05);各合生素均能降低肠道中的大肠杆菌数(P<0.05),促进芽孢杆菌的增殖(P<0.05),合生素Ⅰ的作用较明显,但对乳酸杆菌均作用不明显;合生素Ⅰ显著提高了团头鲂前、中、后肠的绒毛高度和后肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度(P<0.05)。
To research the effects of synbiotics on the performance,serum antioxidation,intestinal microflora and morphology of Megalobrama amblycephala,960 one-year-age Megalobrama amblycephalas were divided into 4 groups and fed the following diets respectively for two months:(1) basic diet,(2) basic diet + synbiotic Ⅰ0.1%,(3) basic diet +synbiotic Ⅱ0.1%,(4) basic diet + synbioticⅢ 0.1%.Results: The addition of the synbiotics improves the performance of Megalobrama amblycephala,especially synbioticⅠ(P0.05).SynbioticⅠ and synbiotic Ⅲ increase the serum antioxidation capacity of Megalobrama amblycephala.The synbiotics improve the health of digestive tract by promoting growth of bacillus and inhibiting growth of Escherichia Coli.SynbioticⅠimproves villus height in the digestive tract and crypt depth in the hindgut of Megalobrama amblycephala.
